Based on your needs, we’ll provide a personalised quote detailing our recommended services and pricing options, which can be adjusted if needed to suit your requirements.

We’ll discuss any additional requests, preferences, or specific areas of focus you’d like included, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, or household organisation. You’ll also choose your service frequency (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Once you approve the quote, we’ll confirm your booking and set up a schedule that works best for you. We’re flexible and happy to adapt to any changes you may need.

We’ll send you a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to bring your home to the desired standard of cleanliness. Cancellation or reschedule needs to be done no later than 5pm the day before your  booking.

After the service, we’ll check in to ensure you’re happy with the results. If you have any feedback or need adjustments, just let us know—your satisfaction is our priority!

No, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer we use, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Yes, all team members are fully insured and have undergone thorough background checks to ensure safety and professionalism in your home.

We understand that schedules can change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance (cut off 5pm)  if you need to reschedule or cancel, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable time.

No, you don’t need to be home. Many of our clients provide entry instructions and enjoy coming home to a freshly cleaned space. We respect your privacy and are committed to security during our visits.
